After a solid economic foundation is laid in terms of liquidity, we plan to execute the governance mechanics explained in our GreenPaper on our "Docs" page. Once we ensure that a robust governance system is in place, we will begin fundraising to manufacture card readers for dispensaries that will read cards and accept specific cryptocurrencies that the cannabis merchant wishes to accept. While in this process, we will begin flowering or marketing to different dispensaries to spur potential interest. This is the primary reason as to why we chose the Cronos Network. It is known for low gas fees and fast transactional finality. 

With this factor in mind, we hope to only charge a one-time base price on card readers to dispensaries so that way cannacoin can make a profit from the card readers and use it towards the well being of the ecosystem in place and dispensaries don't have to worry about us charging a small percent fee on top of the small transaction fees that the Cronos network already provides.
